30 Day Trial Version for HMC Voice Command 5300:
On this page you will find trial versions of HMC Voice Command you can download for your version of Maya.
The Trial period is approximately 30 days from the date you download it.
After that you will need to purchase a copy if you wish to continue using HMC Voice Command.
The demo trial version has just over 5300 voice commands.
Installation:
HMC Voice Command is only for PC Windows 7 through 11.
After downloading right mouse click on the setup file and select “Run as administrator”.
Then click “Yes” in the “User Account Control” security window.
Else if you double clicked or opened the setup file you will have to click “Run” on the “Open File – Security Warning” and then click “Yes” on the “User Account Control” window.
Your version of Windows may vary a bit in these steps.
Follow the onscreen instructions.
The setup will ask you where the “scripts” folder is for your version of Maya.
On PCs the script folder is normally in your “My Documents or Documents/maya/Year or Version Number/scripts”.
You may install multiple trial versions if you have more than one version of Maya.
During the second installation be sure to navigate to the proper “scripts” folder for the particular version of Maya you are installing the trial version for because the setup file will remember where you installed the first trail version.
After installing HMC Voice Command you will have a new folder in your “Start” menu.
In it will be shortcuts so you can start HMC Voice Command without having to use the new “Voice Control” menu that will be located at the top right side of your Maya menus next time you start Maya.
This is particularly important for Maya LT, because of its limitations, Maya LT won’t allow users to start HMC Voice Command from the new “Voice Control” menu in Maya.
Also there will be an uninstall HMC Voice Command shortcut in the “HMC Voice Command” start folder you can click on to quickly and easily uninstall all versions of HMC Voice Command you may have installed.
