TROUBLE SHOOTING:

PROBLEM: I say commands but HMC Voice Command isn’t responding.
SOLUTION:
First we must make sure HMC Voice Command can hear you. To find out say “What time is it?”. If you hear the computer tell you the time you know HMC can hear you. If not make sure your speakers are on. If your speakers were off turn them on and ask again. If HMC still doesn’t respond then most likely your microphone isn’t setup correctly. PROBLEM: I say “What time is it?” and the computer answers but when I am in 3DCoat HMC doesn’t respond when I give a voice command.
SOLUTION: Most likely the hotkey in 3DCoat “Repeat Voice Command” in the “Scripts” menu isn’t set to the same hotkey that is in the HMC Voice Command user interface window. They must both be set to the same hotkey or hotkey combination.

PROBLEM: After I installed HMC Voice Command and opened 3DCoat the Voice Command menu items in the “Scripts” menu are not there.
SOLUTION: If you had 3DCoat open when you installed HMC close it and open it again. If they are still missing this means you did not install HMC Voice Command into the correct “Scripts” folder. You may have installed it into a different scripts folder for an older version of 3DCoat installed on your computer or at some point you relocated your 3DCoat data to a new location and installed HMC in the wrong scripts folder. You must install HMC in the 3DCoat/UserPrefs/Scripts folder where ever that folder is for your version of 3DCoat that is to be used with HMC Voice Command.
